The passage of the law regulating vintage vehicles can make automobile restoration a thriving industry in the country, capitalizing on the unique and skilled craftsmanship of Filipino mechanics and paving the way for the Philippines to compete in the international market.  

Senator Win Gatchalian vowed to pursue measures institutionalizing tax cuts for work-from-home employees, additional benefits to construction workers, and condoning penalties for unpaid Social Security System (SSS) contributions of household employers.

Senator Win Gatchalian vowed to pursue the enactment of his bill to develop satellite-based internet technology in the country and expand the powers of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to ensure universal access to the internet.
